CBDfx Added to FSA’s Public List of CBD Products

GUILDFORD, United Kingdom, April 29, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Leading CBD products company, CBDfx, today announced that it has been included in the Food Standards Agency’s (FSA) list of products that are permitted to stay on the market pending validation of their Novel Foods Application. Only CBD products with credible applications that exhibit a path to validation can legally stay on the UK market. It is an important milestone for the company, putting them on the path to full authorization. The time frames for this are still unclear but with toxicology data due to be submitted in weeks, CBDfx aims to be one of the first natural hemp derived CBD brands to be validated and subsequently authorized.

“The inclusion of all our edible products on the FSA’s Public List underscores the high standards that CBDfx operates under,” stated Carlo Buckley, Managing Director for CBDfx Europe. “We wholeheartedly embrace the move by the FSA to provide a clear regulatory framework under which CBD companies operate” continued Buckley.

CBDfx is one of the UK’s most popular CBD brands, with a retail presence across both mass market pharmacy retailers like Superdrug and Boots, and high street, where its market-leading CBD gummies are a top-seller at the likes of Selfridges and Planet Organic.
